i will lose weight before school starts. but idk what should i eat and types of exercises. diet buddies?

Keep to low fat, low sugar foods, and don't eat anything fried. So fresh fruit and veg are great, low fat yogurts, chicken breast with the skin taken off, and pulses.Exercise - choose the one that you are most likely to be able to continue ongoing, walking is excellent, there is also running, cycling, swimming, or perhaps your favourite sport. Whichever one you choose, you should do it for at least 30 minutes per day, EVERY day........and make sure you get enough sleep - at least eight hours per night!http:/www.lose-inches.info
