| My chest and arm days are really boring. I usually do 10 reps and 2 sets on the incline, decline, and regular bench press machine since I dont have a gym buddy for a spot. I also throw in a set or 2 on the pec flys machine. Arms i usually do preacher curls, concetration curls, and tricep pulldowns. Any ideas on some other dumbell exercises to freshen up my routine? |
