I suffer rheumatoid arths. and I cannot walk on the sidewalk, because I feel the cement makes my poor joints and bones suffer. I have even the best new tennis shoes by Nike, or wear super expensive clogs which are super comfortable everyday wear, but I feel my bones are hurting from the cement and sidewalk...........How is a girl supposed to walk on what?Is there a place besides the gym where I can walk where it's carpeted or wooden floors somewhere???

How about the grass alongside the sidewalks? I had a similar problem with my knees, so I just ran in the grass and it felt tons better. Good Luck!
