| I have tried diet pills,drinking nothing but water and even using green tea powders mixes for flavor. cutting down on calories. I seem to fall off the wagon I walked for about 3 months lost 10lbs and felt dicourage that I didn't lose more. I would like to start again but this time jog. What is the safest way to start jogging with out hurting myself with the weight I am carrying. By the way I work a 8-5 job and cook dinner @six when should I start exercising if I get stuck eating a late dinner. I am a very busy wife and mom. So send me your best diet plans that will help me stick to my guns and finally feel pretty again |
