they're either really bad for you (ie will give you a heart attack) or they are a placebo in which case its not doing anything...so i wouldnt take any, youre better off snorting cocaine.

eat right, do exercise, forget the pills, just try hard to loose weight the right way, alot of things can go wrong with those pills. its better if u just loose weight like everyone else and exercise.

Diet Pills hardly work. Have you seen those Lipozeem commercials on T.V.? If you look at the fine print, it says something like "Studies show a loss of 3.86 lbs over an 8 week period." 3.86 lbs over 8 weeks? That's horrible! That's just about what all diet pills do.Exercise. The pills are like "super water" (ever see Space Jam?), its just confidence.

None! Diet pills are not the way to go. THeir effect is minimal with regards to suppressing appetite and the side effects can be nasty. THey include high blood pressure, nausea, restlessness, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, and hallucinations. The best way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Keep up with eating healthy and exercise regularly. Find an activity you like so you'll be more motivated to stick to it. As for eating better get a cookbook with healthy recipes so you can find delicious meals that you'll want to eat.

The best pill is to take a dose of realization and realize that pills wont be anywhere near as effective as making your mind up about finally changing the way you are. Pills often do more damage than good. The best advice is to not rely on a pill to help you lose weight. No pill in the world will help you to change your habits of "who you are". My very best advice: Ask yourself, what is your intention with your weight? Is it your intention to be overweight? If not, then why do you keep doing things to make yourself that way? Why not make a decision to change your habits by realizing what your true intention in the "weight" department is.Maybe it's your intention to eat whatever you love... well, if that is a stronger intention than being thin, then you have a conflict of your wants and desires, and consequently a bigger waistline.Decide.No pill can help you do that.

To be honest it might not be what you want to hear but, eating healthy is a diet in its own form and exercise also, thats the best way. your best bet would be to just keep at it and drink lots of water, not alot of people like this as they feel its alot of work or they dont have time, but diet pills dont always work either, and they can be known to cause complications. there are lots of pills out there and as we all know, we all have different body types so finding a pill that actually works could take forever, in that space of time you could be exercising and losing the weight you want.
