i have some weights kinda like these: http://recsports.tamucc.edu/fitness_wellness/Tackle_Project/images/wei ghts.jpgbut they are two 5lbs which i stuck together to make a 10 lbs weight. i also have various things at home that i will switch off to once my muscles get used to these (heavy books, etc). i do HIIT running mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. im gonna do weight lifting on my off days. my question is, how long do i need to lift weights if i want to see a noticeable difference by late august. also, how many reps and sets should i do? i currently have very little muscle. i am also gonna be doing kenjustsu sword training in a few days. now i dont want to be huge or anything, i just want a well toned body. kinda like this http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl= http://munfitnessblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/09/ryan-reynolds-ton ed-body.jpg&imgrefurl= http://munfitnessblog.com/how-to-build-body-like-ryan-reynolds/&h=400& w=361&sz=26&hl=en&start=2&um=1&tbnid=ngP5kMBEOvqcLM:&tbnh=124&tbnw=112 &prev=/images%3Fq%3Dtoned%2Bbody%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26cli ent%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26hs%3DfhU%26sa%3DN even if its a little less then that, ill be happy. i am eating right (6 times a day and healthy) and HIIT is gonna take care of the very small amount of fat i do have left. i just need some guidance. in august, it would have been 4 months since ive seen my girlfriend and i want to surprise her. im 21 5'10'' and 161 lbs.
