I am looking for a good diet plan. I don't want any fad diets or any pills or supplements so please don't try to tell me one of those. I am 5'11" and weigh 208lbs. I am 22 years old and a male. I don't know if that is needed info to tell me a good plan.

Simply only eat when you're hungry and keep it small portions. Keep hydrated. Don't drink soda or any drink with calories or sugar. No candy or junk food.

All you have to do is put out more energy than you take in. You don't need fancy diets and pills, etc..Start walking around the block once or twice for about a week. Then start jogging a little bit. Just keep adding to it.What to eat: Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat more fiber.It doesn't really matter what you eat, as long as it is not junk food.Eat 5 to 6 healthy small meals a day and jog. Throw in some pushups and situps. That is all you really have to do.Keep it simple!

Cut out fast foods, sweet treats, sugar-loaded soda (pop). Reduce your intake of fatty foods. Eat smaller portions - no second helpings allowed. The key here really is to eat a normal healthy diet with the above things as part of that diet; and make sure to get regular exercise. You don't necessarily have to go to a gym for this. If you have a bicycle, ride it several times a week for a couple of miles (doesn't sound as long as it really is). Swimming, tennis and other whole body sports can help trim those unwanted pounds rather nicely; and they are fun too. Buy a pair of not very expensive trousers or jeans in the size you would like to be. Try them on from time to time. Having a sort of goal post can be a good motivator. Walk more instead of riding in the car or taking the bus. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Stay well hydrated and get a good amount of sleep and rest. Weigh yourself about once every 10 days and keep a record of your weight loss. Best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after you get out of the shower and are completely naked. This will give you an accurate weight. Remember to weigh yourself at the beginning of your weight loss program so you have a baseline against which to check your progress. Good luck in your efforts.

You should try this online diet called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet (also known as the "Lose 9 pounds in 11 days diet”). I know so many people who are losing a LOT of weight on it. You don't buy special supplements or special food, you choose the foods you like from a list on the website, then it generates an 11 day diet for you using only those foods you’ve chosen. You eat regular food, 4 meals a day...then get a 3 day period where you eat whatever you want....then the program generates a different 11 day diet for you. My girlfriend got hers on Ebay for a really cheap price (like $5), but my boss paid like $40 online. I’d do the Ebay thing if I were you.

I am not sure if this is the kind of thing that you are looking for but this is what has helped me. It has diet plans, etc. It's a website. This is 100% free. You put in how much you are trying to lose, and by when and it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat per day. It will give you a workout routine if you want one and if you don't it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat without exercise and still lose the weight. Plus it offers meal plans too.This is a website that has helped me to lose weight (34 lbs. since Jan. 0Cool. I could have actually lost more but I have been slacking a lot.It allows you to create a blog, keep track of what you've eaten, and your fitness. Along with some other things.It is kind of set up like myspace if you are familiar with that, but it is only for weight loss.
