| So I am trying to lose around 25-30 lbs.. I am 5' 6"..female...145-150 lbs..So after trying to lose weight the all natural way(just exercise and diet)..I have only lost 5 lbs in a month. So I was looking to get a fat burning pill.I was thinking about trying Hydroxycut Max. What do you think about this product?Anything would be helpful...advice..information..reviewsPlease Help and Thanks!! |

| dont ever use diet pills they are horrible for your heart and muscles and you will drop weight quick but it all comes back. to lose weight i sugget you run atleast a mile a day. the number on the scale isnt what counts and if you could have lost more than 5 pounds of fat but just gained muscle that replaced it. |

| only doo it if your going too cosume large amounts of water, i use stacker 2 or 3 before each wrestling season and i average about 15-20 pounds of weight loss |

| I don't recommend Hydroxycut to anyone anymore. Really all it does is burn an extra 200 calories a day (roughly) and will lose its effectiveness over time.Dont know what kind of diet your on, but if you want one that really does work, email me and I'll send you a E-book on the anabolic diet. Yeah, the diet is more geared towards body builders, but anyone will see results with it.Also, on this diet, you can get the same effect from coffee as you would from Hydroxy cut. Essentially you reprogram your body to burn bodyfat for energy more effectively. Don't know what your goal is, but I tell you, my close friends have all jumped on board this diet after seeing my results and they love it. |
