| You can lose an easy 5-10 pounds by cutting soda out of your diet (assuming you drink soda). That's how I lost weight and I like the way my body looks now. |

| 1. not eating until you get full, eating until you're satisfied.2. excersizing every day.3. trying not to eat snaks.4. Eating healthy food.5. Instead of eating unhealthy food for snaks eat fruits, vegitiables or something healthy.Hope I helped and sorry for my miss spelling, haha. =] |
