| I need 2 know a way to lose weight in two weeks! About 5 stones is how much I want to lose. Any ideas? |

| Keep active, do exercises, or walk at least 2 miles every day. Low fat diet, low carbs, etc.. Remember that even when you take off the weight that quickly....you will put it right back on even faster unless you completely change your lifestyle and eating habits. |

| Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Cut back on sugars and starches. Drinks 8 glasses of water a day. Drink green tea to increase your metabolism. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Count your calories, very important, go to the following site, will help lose weight: http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htmI lose at least 1 pound a week. For breakfeast I drink a Protein Smoothie (whey protein powder, frozen berries, and skim milk), half hour later I will have a bio yogurt and put bran bits in it. For morning snack carrots. Lunch a Salad. Afternoon snack a pear. Dinner vegetables and meat/chicken/fish. Then I will drink a cup of green tea. Oh and first thing in the morning I will drink coffee but black bc I love caffeine to much so just took away the milk and sugar. |
