|
| So I every winter I gain about 30lbs and kinda shed the pounds during the spring time through the summer and when I go back to school I'm fit and looking good. But this year for some reason I kinda packed on I say 60lbs thanks to the subway, starbucks, and pizza hut that was put in my school at the end of the year. And we went through spring and a few months left of summer and still no wait loss from me (not motivated) so I think I'm going to start the Alli program. And I'm wondering if I start working out and taking the Alli pills how much weight do you think I will lose by Aug 20 and what are the effects of Alli. Thanks and only pos. answers plzThe reason why I said only positive answers was because I wanted someone with some experience or knowledge about alli to answer my question. This is for the idiot that made a comment. |

| To tell you the truth, I talked to several people about starting Alli and they all told me that if you decide you want 1 piece of pizza, or anything greasy, even 1 hamburger, you should eat it on the toilet because you will immediately have to use the restroom and that your bowels will come out looking like grease and hurt. Also the program states that you really dont lose much weight. I'm not trying to be negative but I'm honestly scared to start the program after all the bad things I've heard. There are many other diets that could possibly work better, where you can still enjoy eating. Try a protein diet, eating lots of proteins such as chicken can help boost your metabolism. When I was in high school I took hydroxicut and lost about 10 lbs in a month. I think the ingredients are different now.I lost 40 in 3 months on my protein diet, 1 walk a day, fruits, veggies, lots of chicken, atkins shakes, water, and diet colas... |

| My friend started this program and lost 50 pounds in 2 and a half months. I have not tried this program but i did lose 80lbs. Also i have been told by many people that Alli only messes with your bowels if you eat the wrong foods! Think of it almost as a punishment if you eat fat foods then you will poop your brains out at random times, if you eat right then you will be fine. I was also told if you know you are going to cheat that day then do not take Alli the day you are going to cheat and there will be no side effects, when you are done cheating continue to take Alli the next day. |
