I want to build mass, but i got a very fast metabolism and i burn fat very quickly. I want to include running in my exercise routine but if i do i can never grow big. Any solutions? If i stop running and do heavy lifting i can see results, but the second i start running it burns my muscle and i stay thin |

| Don't run. It obviously affects your goal of building body mass, so stop and don't run. Running can always be done after you reach your desired body. |

the answer is eat more. you wont' grow if you don't eat!! simpel as that.look to eat 5-6 meals a day and they should be healthy, filling and include some kind of meat. chick is usually a good meat to have. up your protien intake a little more should help as well. many people do cardio and build muscle. depending on how much you run as well for example we'll say you run 3 times a week. try cutting to twice a week. or cutting teh distance you run. you'll soon see the results. good luck |

| Simply eat more. That way you still gain the muscle and you also get cardiovascular benefits. |
