| most cereals are junk.. loaded with sugar.. and bad carbs that burn very fast.....if u want a decent cereal try the VECTOR cereal.. atleast it has proteins and decent carbs. still some bad sugar in there though |

| True that if the cereal has more carbs, it is probably bad carbs from pure sugar. Total is a good cereal.Whole grain cereals are better for you. Don't get caught up in this thing that you need a ton of carbs to exercise. You need some protein, too. Protein lasts in your system a little longer. The good carbs (complex carbs)last longer and are healthier.Examples of good carbohydrate foods: Fruits Vegetables Beans Legumes Nuts Seeds Whole grain breads Whole grain cereals Whole grain pastas Some dairy products http://www.mamashealth.com/diets/goodcarbs.asp |
