I think I am at a healthy weight to be a fast, strong runner, but I am not sure because there are many girls heavier than me and a few thinner. I am 5'7" and around 109-110 pounds. I can run 7.5 miles in an hour. Is this a good time? Also, is 21:45 a good time for a 5K?

yes you are at a good weight. i do XC and track, but im 5'4 and 120 lbs. im a tad chubby but not like obese! i still cosider myself skinny, except my abs...we run like the same times in our miles too!!! i can run 7.5 miles (sometimes more, but thats if i feel like running that day...) in like an hour and my 5k was around the same time!!! weird!?!??also if you can help me, im guessing by your weight and height you have nice abs (not to sound creepy!) but how did you achieve that goal?? how long did it take??? i would REALLY appriciate that! i have had trouble with my abs since JANUARY!! plus i heard that having a strong core helps you become a better runner and stronger. please and thanks!! oh and btw, YOU ARE AN AMAZING RUNNER!!! KEEP IT UP!!! bye!! Smile
