Look, straight up. Lipo will change your life.... not for the good either. Your body will be very unstable from everything just disappearing, plus you will also have to pay for excess skin removal which costs A LOT! I'm 5'10 and just lost 33lbs. 226 - 193. Not trying to be mean, but get a positive attitude, stop hating yourself, get off your ass, and WORK! Be healthy, eat right and exercise. Go take a jog every now and then. Running out of breath for 5 minutes or getting a tiny cramp is much better than paying people tofixyourproblems.. I promise it will be much better. Use your body the way it was meant to be used. As for the back problems, losing it gradually will strengthen your back and make it much more durable. So my advice, don't get lipo, it's unhealthy and very costly and has horrible outcomes. Also, don't fall for any scams such as taking pills to make you lose weight because they never work. I wasn't trying to offend you, just trying to open your eyes. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Oh, that stinks about your back. I had foot surgery and gained 50 lbs about 3 years ago. I tried lots of things, but to make a long story short, success finally came knocking for me when I checked out a little online review site (below) I ended up purchasing their #1 voted plan. I have to say, I am a month in now and it seems to be going great! I am impressed with this program. And it was cheap to- about $40. No matter what you do, I hope all goes well for you.

First of all, stop hating yourself.....otherwise you're just going to keep filling that body of hate with food to surpress it. You need an overhaul and a strong self motivation. If you want a quick fix, you're not fixing the problem, just delaying the inevitable. Secondly, educate yourself about food. What are you really consuming? How are the fat, sugar, carbohydrates, etc...regulated in your body? DO you have a good metabolism? You really need to get in touch with food and your body. Resist the temptation to being lazy with life. I suggest eating small meals/portions maybe every 2-3hours. This begins to regulate what your body will use from what it intakes. Next cut out all the bad things, mostly fats, sugars, and carbohydrates that have little fiber value. Just to cleanse the body. Eat lots of lean meats, veggies and whole grains. Stay away from white breads, fried foods, potatoes, rice and pastas. You'll be able to come back to some of these things once you've taken off all the weight and begin to learn how to regulate your body metabolism. Next of all, you need to move physically this is what burns the food you eat and keeps weight off. Exercise is essential! Once you combine being in touch with food, its properties (check out ALL food labelling and calculations!!) and having an active life your weight will come off quite fast. Stay away from high fructose corn syrups, and the worst of them all soft drinks! Remember small meals!!! I wish you luck! I lost 60 lbs and at a healthy weight now.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to http://health-thin.info and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
