| I'm not asking for some miracle pill, lol. I know that doesn't exist. I work out like 4 times a week at the gym (weight lifting and/or strength with different muscle groups) and I still don't see any results. I've been doing it for 3 weeks, is it too early for results?Next Saturday I'm going to Greece for 2 weeks, so a lot of swimming will happen (pool/sea)What about eating habits? I tend to basically live on sugar, lol. I know I have to get rid of this, and I'm already in control. What am I supposed to eat when on a calorie deficit? Or am I not supposed to get a deficit?I am anemic, too. When I stand up, I get dizzy and I can even go like 60% blind for a few seconds!Avdice pleaaase?? |
