| im 5'4'' and wiegh about 128 pounds i wanna lose about 15 pounds in 3 weeks. i have special occassions coming up. i know i am not over weight but just rle unhappy with how i look. i am aware of very low calorie diets and i have done them and they work. ive started one again. at most i have 800 calories a day. i kno this is horrible but if i eat a lot less than 800 calories and leave some calories to drink about 5 bud light will i still lose wieght. its rle hard to not drink being on a diet wen u normally would go out and have a good time with friends....anyone have some adviceee...pleaseee =)also i went out the other night and had 5 and its been about 2 days and i lost 2pounds...will this slow the wieght loss process?? |

| drink one glass lemon water with one daily before exercise. do yoga. avoid bread in three weeks, dont eat chapati or oily food, eat only salad, i am 100% sure u will loose your wait soon |
