im 5'4'' and wiegh about 128 pounds i wanna lose about 15 pounds in 3 weeks. i have special occassions coming up. i know i am not over weight but just rle unhappy with how i look. i am aware of very low calorie diets and i have done them and they work. ive started one again. at most i have 800 calories a day. i kno this is horrible but if i eat a lot less than 800 calories and leave some calories to drink about 5 bud light will i still lose wieght. its rle hard to not drink being on a diet wen u normally would go out and have a good time with friends....anyone have some adviceee...pleaseee =)also i went out the other night and had 5 and its been about 2 days and i lost 2pounds...will this slow the wieght loss process??

drink one glass lemon water with one daily before exercise. do yoga. avoid bread in three weeks, dont eat chapati or oily food, eat only salad, i am 100% sure u will loose your wait soon
