Start interval training and cut out refined carbs - they are white bread, white pasta, white rice etc. replace with vegetables and wholemal options. Eat more fruit and nuts and drink plenty of watre. Also, start doing short curcuit training to give your body a wake up call.I can recommend this one I do - do it as fast you can in between - don't take your time - go from one move to the other, to the other and try to do 3 sets of it. http://instantfeelgood.blogspot.com/2008/06/no-gym-workout.htmlYou'll be exhausted but your body will be ready to start toning up and fat burning again.Hope this helps.

I been there too, Sometimes just changing your workout routine will make a difference, or change small things in your diet. I have read that running sprints is a great cardio routine that works well. Stay away from carbs before bedtime and keep up the working out. Good luck!
