| I got a friend of mine that suggests I workout every muscle, every day, and he tells me thats what he does and he gets great gains, both phisically and in strength(so he doesnt just look buff), but I dont know if I should do that because arent you supposed to rest? And I also thought since you workout lets say Monday, the next day you wont be able to do the same weight, right? so what is the best plan to do to get better gains, every muscle each week, or every muscle each day( by every muscle I mean each muscle once a week, but covering everything in a week)Please only post if you know by experience, not just guessing or assuming.Thanks, CV |

| Your friend is not getting the max out of his workout. You do need to rest and let your muscles repair themselves, that is where you grow stronger. My trainer can help.
