| i am 5'4'' i weigh around 230ish last time i checked. I have tried to diet but it seems to make me gain weight and not lose it. how can i lose it with out gaining it i smoke and want to quit that to but cant yet it seems to make me gain it too so any suggestions on how to lose it without going on a plan that will cost money that i dont have???? |

| Holy.. 230? You already know what you can and what you cannot eat, we all know the theory part. Work on applying it, we can't really help if you are not motivated. |

| Easy. Burn more calories then you take in. Sometimes we gain wieght when we diet because of the excersizes we do build muscle so do alot of cardio, when you weigh yourself always do it at the same time of day. Just to keep it consistant. Also, imagine the money you would have if you quit smoking! |
