No, I'm not asking for miracle solution or anything.I just wanna know the correct way.Don't wanna pay a fortune to go to the gym and improvise for five years only to discover I was doing it wrong all along, ya know?my stats:-18 y/o-19 ish body mass index-14 ish body fat percentage-walk a lot-never done actual work outs or exercises outside of PE class =/-poor flexibility-6ft tall-endurance a little on the lame side-i'm not rich, so if you're gonna suggest a bazillion dollar program and it's not worth it, i will eat your head off >=Panything else?

Ok, this doesn't cost much!Running and cardio will make you lose weight. You need to consume alot of protein - which means yeah, you'll have to buy a powder that tastes good (EAS is yummy) and you'll have to work out. When you work out, do a few reps with alot of weight. Specifically, many people have alot of weight to be gained in their chest area and surrounding biceps. Bench press, push ups and your golden baby

Invest in a good set of weights and a core workout program (a good one for you might be Core Performance - link below). This will teach you the correct moves and techniques, it is a good program. Although, this one is a book - and for a beginner you might want to find a dvd so that you can actually see the moves and make sure you are doing them right. Keep with it and drink protein shakes after your weight-lifting exercise so that your muscles will repair and strengthen. Good luck!

I reccommend eating lots of red meats for protein. Do a lot of weightlifting, and try different machines at a local gym or YMCA. There is an awesome supplement called Muscle tech Cell-Tech that will help build muscle. It may not be the best tasting powder out there, but i've seen it in action.

Eat more, and eat often.Work out whenever possible (doesn't have to be at a gym).Do push ups in the morning, afternoon, and evening.Do crunches in the morning, afternoon, and evening.Protein shakes!! After each workout. GNC has a good selection, and they're not breaking the bank.Grab a heavy text book or large dense item in your house and use it as a weight.Squats, using several books on each shoulder (strap them together if possible).Lunges, across your living roomMore push ups!!Create a playlist of your favorite songs and workout to them, time will pass quicker.
