- running 5 miles every other day- high intensity interval training every other day- lifting weights every other day for about 30 minutes per day- 300 pushups every other day- 20 minutes of ab work every other dayif i do all this along with eating very healthy will i be able to maintain a solid 6-pack?

It should, I'd add a little more running on off days.. Maintaing is fun, but thats why I worrie more about the time of my 40's then the look of my pacs. Lmao, if you worked your ass off to get them chances are you'll loose them quickly, unless your still working moderatly hard.
