I've been like this since i was nine, i'm fourteen now. People always tell me im still growing, but i honestly doubt that. I'm already 5'9" . But i'm HUGE. Last time ive checked my weight was about a week ago. 216 pounds, big woop! i've been 216 for about 2 years, which is ironically the weight i conqured once i reached 5'9". I DO excersize, everyday at school, i would run 1 mile and sometimes 2. Ever since school's out, i've been noticing an even bigger stomache and thighs. And im planning on going on vacation with my sister, and i REALLY need to lose the weight. PLEASE if you know something, [[ANYTHING]] i can do, that would be great. And please, don't put stupid diet plans and websites i have to join that require me to pay, and suggest things like go to a nutritienist or the "YMCA", cuz i all ready tried all that crap. And yes, i know you cant lose weight drastically/dramatically in a week, or even 5.

because you are only eating breakfast and dinner you have slowed down your metabolism so now when ever it gets food it slowly absorbs all tha calories not knowing when its going to get food again. This is a good idea eat when your hungry eat what you want BUT when you eat after every bite put down the fork a knife and chew this will help you to realize when your actually full so you dont over indulge!!! hope i helped

eat more. eat 5 or so smaller meals throughout the day. because you are only consuming food 2 times a day, your body is tricked into thinking it's starving every day. because of this you retain all of the calories you consume. spread out your meals, keep up with the cardio, and drink lots of water. good luck. if you do this you can lose 1-3 pounds a week safely. I would not aim for anything more than 2, but you could get 3.

Well, first off, skipping lunch or any meal, SLOWS DOWN your metabolism! How about try this.... Eat about 5-6 small meals a day... about 200-300 calories each meal. Have one in the morning, one mid morning, at lunch time, afternoon, then evening... try not to eat anything 3 hours before you go to sleep. Running 1 mile is good.... however, that won't do all too much for you in the long run... maybe you should start off walking 1 then 2 then more miles, then work into running... that will also help prevent injury. There are also many websites online that will give you easy at home workouts that don't require you to buy any equipment or anything. Also, if you're not eating well for breakfast or dinner, that'll cause you not to lose any weight... So, try eating all natural foods instead of going for the chips or white bread... and stay positive!! You can do it!

You are not eating enough food so your body thinks you are starving and so your body is becoming a fat storing machine. The way to increase weight loss would be to add another meal to your day and a couple of healthy snacks each day and you will get there. I would also recommend cardio exercises. This explains why your body has stopped responding - it's free so don't worry. http://instantfeelgood.blogspot.com/2008/06/why-cant-i-lose-weight.htm lYou simply need to eat more food and vary the exercise you are doing so your body 'wakes up' to the new routine
