practice everyday for like 30minsjust do a jog around a track or something over time your stamina will increase and your heart will get use to that kind of pulse rate also over time you will run faster than just a jog

1.don't sprint, start slow and practise getting faster2.being fat can be a problem obviously3.if tired from running walk don't stop stopping slows the heart down to fast and your stanima will decrease.

You could go to your local gym maybe two or three times a week and that would keep you fit. To run fast you need to have powerful arms and legs and a good heart, a gym would help you get powerful arms and legs and a good heart. Another thing you could do it take protein drinks when you exercise, but be careful as too many could be harmful, especially since you are only 13. Also be sure to have a good balanced diet and don't eat too much fast food, i know its hard, but doing this will make it easier for you to gain stamina. Hope this helped.

HI! I'm 13 too and a track star so here some advice! If you want stamina run 2 miles, and 2 800meters(half a mile)everyday.Join a track team at your school and they do that also for long distance runners. For speed(my specialty=])Sprite up and do your neighborhood if you have no access to a track!Good luck!

For training you should do all different workouts and distances so you dont keep doing the same thing over and over again. For your hard workouts you can do intervals around a track are hills. For ez workouts you can do a 5 mile jog (unless you are a sprinter or a beginnner).
