i ate one piece of toast in the morning then ran the treadmil that night.... then the next day ate nothing... but still worked out on the treadmilfor 30 minutes????? then it's back to toast ... then nothing.... would i get skinny or something???

your body would go into starvation mode and do more harm than good. Each several tiny meals a day then you will loose weight fast.

your body would not get any nutrition and you'd experience terrible side effects just eat reasonable meals with lots of fresh fruit, veggies, whole-grains and water.

Here's the REAL facts-. Not eating can actually make you FATTER. At first your body responds to not having food [or energy] in it's system by taking it's stored energy and creating fat so that there will be more to live off of. . Eating 4 light meals a day is a lot better for you then just not eating, plus you get much better results. instead of just splurging on one meal and then putting your metabolism to work, spread out your meals to 4 light meals a day. this will mean you metabolism will have to work less and won't have to store as much fat because it can't digest all the food you've taken in at once. and will therefore, keep you fit and healthy!here are some tips for staying your healthy skinny-.Always drink water and keep some w/ you. It will help you stay away from sugary drinks and food that can fatten you up. .ALWAYS eat breakfast! It's is so much healthier for you and better for you if you eat something right as you get up. This will give you an energy boost and help you stay more awake throughout the day..Watch out for late night eating. Your metabolism slows at night and can therefore give extra pound if you cram all you eating in at might. Plus it will spoil your appetite for breakfast, which in turn can totally ruin you whole day!.Remember- the way you start you day is the way you'll end it! This means that if in the morning you get up and slouch around for 4 hours watching TV you're less likely to get up later in the day and be active. and of course, this will pack on the pounds!hope this helped and please PLEASE don't follow the only toast and excessive exercise plan ....besides, toast can be really bad for you and not filling at all!
