I have back problems and have been advised to lose weight by obstetrician. I have a 5 month old baby so cant afford for a back problem to reoccur. So the weight loss is very important and not my vanity!!I am 12. 7st (175 lbs)and 5ft 9. My BMI is just under 26 and i have been advised to get down toa BMI of 22 (around 10st / 140lbs). With very careful and committed effort, i have managed to lose 2 stone but for the last month the weight loss has just stopped. I am keeping up regular excersize and have been using the GI diet (no refined sugars or carbs) and eating super healthy foods. My friend suggested that because i'm breast feeding my body might want to hold onto fat stores? What do you think? I'm desperate to lose the rest of the weight and cant risk being immobilised by my back but as i'm breast feeding cant crash diet....I'm getting really depressed putting in so much effort and not seeing results......all tips and advise appreciated!!!I have a weakness is my lower spine, one of my disks is too narrow for the vertibrae. I've seen the xray myself and the obstetrician has not made a mistake!! I had the back problem before i was pregnant. It was very serious and could hardly move. Of course you can still have back problems at 10st, however, the risk of it reoccuring is greatly reduced at a BMI of 22. My back is not the question i am posing. My query is on weight loss and breast feeding.

You have to give it a year to lose the weight after having a baby, the back pain may not even be linked to your weight but may be from being pregnant. A bmi of 25 is normal and your weight is fine for your height. Breast feeding is a great way to lose weight as it burns so many calories. I think you'll find you will still have the back problems when the weight is gone, so chill out a bit youve only just had the baby and your not one of those celebs with a fitness trainer dietitian and chef (plus plastic surgeon)!!!!

You don't say what sort of back pain. You can still have back problems at 10st!Breast feeding gets your figure back quicker than bottle feeding for certain. Seeing as you've had this problem before I am assuming that you had physio.* If so, keep doing those exercises to keep flexible and eat sensibly.*If not, ask your GP if she/he can give you a print out of some exercises. I wouldn't take what the obstetrician says as gospel.

What I'm about to share with you maybe the most important thing you hear all year, so please pay attention. Something shocking has just been released and has been causing serious buzz all over the internet. It's being called: Xtreme Fat Burn. The cause behind the release is all the lies about weight loss that go around. All the weight loss products that never work. And all the junk that major food companies put out there. Some Things Just WON'T Work:- Low Fat Diets: These things have been around for years, yet American's gain more weight year after year, need more proof? Didn't think so.- Low Carb Diets: Here's the latest "craze" losers attempted to use, but these are way to difficult, strict, and nearly impossible to do.- Low Calorie Diets: This is stupidity, as these actually help you put on weight. Go figure why most people fail with these.- Dieting Programs: I almost want to laugh, but the only thing you'll lose is money, not weight! To be honest, these work but take extremely long periods of time to see results: like almost never.Have you been doing any of those, and wondered why it just didn't work? Trust me, it's really not your fault... you just did what you were told. And guess what, the weight loss companies tell you this stuff to sell you their products. They don't want you to know the truth. They don't want you to know how easy it really is. They don't want you to know the details, because if you did then their businesses would be done. But for the first time ever in the history of health and fitness, I'll reveal what no else will:==> www.XtremeFatBurn.com/aff2061I feel as if it's fair to tell you that the page above won't be up there for long. For one, only a limited amount of copies are to be released... period. Two, the site above has been the biggest/latest buzz on the internet and is getting so much traffic it's nearly impossibly to keep it live.So don't waste another second, and go grab the biggest secret in the history of weight loss:==> www.XtremeFatBurn.com/aff2061Thanks,-YOUR FIRST NAMEPS: If you go to the website tomorrow and nothing shows up, well then you simply missed out on life changing information.PPS: If you go to the website tomorrow and they aren't accepting any more orders, again you missed out on life changing information.==> www.XtremeFatBurn.com/aff2061
