Alright, Totally stupid, But im over weight.And i want to lose weight! (duh?)But heres where i run into issues:I tried jogging and running, But my dad wont let me anymore because of a few murders in the area.So nothing outside of my small, small yard.Food:My father is very.. should I say strict? He wont get anything new for me, like healthy foods, he gets what he and my brother wants. We are low on money so i cant get a membership anywhere.So my question:What can I do at home to lose weight, and what are some not expensive foods i can get from anywhere, like walmart?Alright, well ive been doing this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=XHlhEMOZTso(but like 3x more then her)And running in the same spot for about 10 mins everyday,will this do anything or do i have to do more?

try the fruit and vegesyogurt is fine alsommm also you can help in cleaning the house that will help u in losing weight

Try portion control. Eat less than you usually do. Try to get veggies and fruits from Walmart if they have it, some super-walmarts have produce. Because it's summer all these things are inexpensive, so look for farmer's markets in the area.I doubt your dad would object if you asked for fruits and veggies.Jumping rope is a good activity for space challenged. Also situps, pushups etc. this helps build muscle to help burn fat.

you can get exercise videos. or jump rope.food - make a lot of stock. or buy lo-sodium stock cubes. throw in veggies and chicken pieces. have this soupy meal before each meal you will end up eating less + get the benefits of a soup. snack on soya nuts (very filling) or fruit/carrots.

http://www.thedailyplate.com^Free food journal, counts calories and such, its an swesome website.Do you have fruits and vegetables in your house? That's super important. Do you have eggs? Yogurt? Milk? If all you've got is chips and candy you've got to get him to make some changes.You can do things like pushups and jumping jacks, you can also run on the spot. You can grab a pilates or yoga DVD at WalMart for less than $10. There's also instructional videos for them on youtube if you prefer to go that route.

Look for fitness workouts on youtube theyll be good for you to start with. You could also try running laps around your house.As for diet. What are you eating now? I think it would be helpful if you gave us a diet plan example of what you eat on one day. If you cant get new foods jsut cut back on your portions now and restrict your calories.

in the morning eat like a king,in noon time eat like a queen, in evening eat like a beggar.Or if u like just eat crackers in the evening and you must eat your dinner before 6pm.i hope i can help.

hi zombie,yes listen your father!First eat healthy! For the second thing do exercises at home as abdominal, bending, exercise bike! To stay just better YOU MUST NOT eat fatty snacks , crisps and other similar food!Remeber its very important drink, drink a lot of water!..and drink yet!!!!Sorry for my english, is not so good!Goodluck

Drink lots of cold water.Try eating more fruits and vegetables if they are available.Whatever is available to eat, eat smaller portions.If you can afford it get a jump rope...thats something you can do in a small area that is very good for burning calories. Otherwise do jumping jacks, situps, pushups, and other things like that.

Watermelon is a very good food to eat as it mainly water. Try substituting a meal for watermelon. You could also try the special K diet and drink green tea. Go on the internet and you can find some exercises you can do in your small garden. Skipping is great exercise and it can be done in a confined space doing it for 15 min a day can be really very beneficial. If you have stairs in your house you could try running up and down them because that is good exercise. Also try portion control and don't eat anything after 7pm so you have time to digest your dinner. Another low calorie food is carrots so if you get hungry snack on a carrot. Try to lower the amount of carbs you eat and don't eat any carbs after 5 pm. If you want to do a really fast diet you could try the lemon detox diet as all you need is lemon juice, chilies and maple syrup (there is a lot of information on the internet about this diet. If you watch a lot of TV try jogging on the spot with high knees during the adds. If you google it there is a site that suggests exercise to do while you watch TV (they dont take up alot of space). For a finial lot of exercise download some pilaties or yoga videos from the internet and do them in your back garden. Also try to go shopping with your Dad so you can have more influence over the food he buys and try to tell him how important eating healthy to you is.I really hope this helps. Good Luck Smile
