You won't get successful results in two months. Noticable? Maybe. Successful? Doubtful. And eat at least 3 meals a day. The trick isn't to eat less, it's to eat better. Especially if you're riding you're bike for an hour and 10 minutes each day, two meals won't supply you with the energy to keep it up day after day.Basically: Energy comes from food. So does other stuff. So eat food that gives you energy and not more of that other stuff that you don't really need. And if you know its unhealthy, what results are you expecting to get? If its unhealthy, the results can't be good. The only "noticable" results you can get is maybe to lose all that fat and become anorexic or to get somewhere and then give up and go back to the way you started.

for 2 months? maybe ull burn off some fat, but all youll be packing is leg muscle. Try some more exercises for the upper body like pull ups or weight lifting. Dont do too much weight lifting or itll stunt ur growth. Be sure to pay attention to ur diet too.

1. eat healthy- that does not only mean to eat healthy food but make sure to eat all meals , and don't starve your self, because this only triggers your body to gain more weight when you actually do eat. (also eat serving sizes, if you eat cereal measure the milk and cereal out)2. Make sure to stick to your routine daily. Not only bike, but do other things as well. It's eaisy to put exercising in your daily life. For example, when you watch TV stretch, do curl-ups, jog in place, ect. Or if it's raining out, run up and down the stairs.3. Don't give up and make sure your having fun. Even if you get tired of exercisibing don't expect to get to your goal weight over night, keep it up. Also, make sure that you're enjoying yourself, because most likely if your not having fun, then you won't try as hard. Get your friends to play with you, or go to the pool, even just joining a summer camp or sports team can help. :]
