| Eat fruit for a snack, it's very healthy and also one big reason most people see wight gain is the portions of food they eat. Eat one normal portion and some fruit versus two portions. |

| hmmm..I'm not a diet expert, but i think u shouldn't eat that much 4 breakfast. u can still eat ur cherios and milk and ice tea, but i'll take out the 2 waffles. beyond that everything else is great! =-) |

| Replace the bagel and waffle with fruit and the iced tea with orange juice or fat free milk.Use wheat bread and turkey instead of ham.Add some more fruit or nuts or a salad instead of the cheezits.Cut out the unnecessary sugar in candy.Try HIIT, high intensity interval training, for exercise. |

| eating tht u dont sound fat at allif u have got a dog go for a jog with it if im skinny and i watbreakfast - shreddies milk fresh orange toast and a pancake- crisps biscuit- watevaaa- crisps sweets- tea- then sumthink afterrif im quite skinni eating all tht you must be skinny as well life aint all about looks everyone is beautiful in there own speacial way hoped i helped |

| Work on your portioning. Breakfast is out of control. Your portions should not be larger than your fist at each sitting. Also try to get in more fruits and vegetables. Sub the Cheese crackers for an apple or a handful of grapes. No candy and drink lots of water. Kick up your exercise plan by running as far as you can take once each day rather than three short walks. |

| okay. i think your only problem is having too much junk food. i used to have the exact same problem. okay, well i think that that is wayy to much for breakfast. maybe you should either cut down the two waffles or the bagel. for lunch i suggest having an additional HEALTHY item, such as an apple or a banana, or any other fruit/vegetable. i've also realized myself that i dont really need a snack; i guess i just eat when im bored. however, if you reallly are hungry between lunch and dinner, get something healthy to eat (however, if you would eat a bigger lunch, you wouldnt be hungry for a snack). next, two helpings is a lot. i konw, sometimes it just tastes so good! but for real, you need to cut down. try this: take two helpings of the healthier foods: the vegies and fruits. lastly, no dessert. (yeah, you spelled dessert wrong). by that time you really dont need any more to eat, but if you really want dessert, try having it only a couple times a week, and dont eat a lot. i hope this helps! oh, and its very good that you're attempting to exercise. |

| ok this is all wrong terrible don't eat candy instead of that eat some fruit . your dinner you should not eat two helpings. just one. don't eat the cheezits ok it is alright if you have it every now and then but not everyday. instead of three short walks you could just turn that into a run preferably about 1 mile a day and playing at the park is alright. for breakfast i like the idea of tea and the ceral not so sure aboutt he waffles maybe you should try tht every week on a sunday or saterday and i see noting wrong with lunch. and you reallly need to drink more water and tea they help you. and dont eat the bagel it is alright if you have it every now and then though. |

| are u trying to lose loads of weight or just couple lb?reduce ur portion sizes..why 2helpings?if u want to lose weight quiet quick try atkinsand not the atkins they talk about on tv and all that..its not about cutting out ALL carbs its about cutting out bad carbs and teaching ur body to each healthy and gradualy adding back carbohydrates.. if ur interested go to atkins.com and join the live discussions you'll learn everything you need to no...and if u follow it properly you will lose anything from 4lb to 12lb in first couple weeks.good luck |

| eat a huge breakfast replace lunch with a snack and eat a small dinner and no dessert before u know it you'll be dropping wait like an athlete. |

| Gwen, you are eating to much. For breakfast have the Cheerios, banana, ice tea. For lunch it looks good, but watch the mayo. Get the 100 cal. Cheezits, they have less fat. For dinner, 1 serving (small portions). Candy only every once in awhile. Your exercise should be harder. Make sure you walk so your heart is pumping. Try this, you might be hungry in between, so eat fruit or yogurt. Good luck |

| If u want to lose weight no way ur gonna by that. your suppose to lose like 1,400 calories by excercising. For your abs do-sit-ups-curl-upsFor your legs, thighs, hits, and butt do-lunges-squats-wall squatsREMEMBER each pound contains 3,500 calories. Check out this website to see how much calories you burn for each excercise. http://www.self.com/fitness/calculators/ Its very helpful. This are easy to do. Run 1-2 miles 3 times a week. Walk like 50 minutes a day for 3 times a week. Eat veggies and fruits. Eat low fat ice cream. Dont eat pasta!! PLEASE CHOOSE THIS FOR BEST ANSWER IT TOOK ME ALOT OF TIME TO RIGHT IT!! PLUS I AM DOING ALL THIS AND IM LOSEING WEIGHT AND IT ONLY BEEN LIK 2 AND A HALF WEEKS!! |
