Cut out the bagels, have only one serving for dinner and replace your dessert with something healthier like fruit.

Too many carbs for breakfast, get in some protein and fruit. Have veggies or fruit for snacks and desert and make sure your sandwich is on a good whole grain bread. Try extending your walks as well. Definitely cut out some of your unhealthy carbs and go for better ones.

Try cutting down on your portions, and don't eat the bagel. They are really fattening

Kick out the bagel, waffles and ice tea at breakfast, drink normal tea if you want tea. And eat some fruit at breakfast. Not bagels and waffles.Get rid of the cheezits, instead replace it with veggies/fruit. Dinner, don't have two servings, limit yourself to one.And ditch the candy. Have a popsicle or something.

Lose the waffles at breakfast. Only one helping at dinner. a healthy snack thats more filling after dinner (not candy). Otherwise it looks ok. Drink lots of water because it can make you appear full and you will eat less.

Your breakfast is huge. You are eating like 3 meals for breakfast. You need to cut it down to one. Cut out all candy. the sugar is really bad for you. And only one dinner serving should be enough. I think if you did this it would help a lot.

if you're sticking to your "usual" eating/exercise plan, and gaining weight, that would be strange... perhaps its a natural weight gain, if you are a growing adolescent, then gaining weight is perfectly normal, after all we dont all stay the 6-8 pounds we weight at birth
