Why is it that when I start an exercise and weight loss program I put weight on?

I agree with the others. Many people find that after they start exercising they get on the scales and they have put on weight.You need to ignore the scales, throw them out. Begin to measure your body fat, or simply look in the mirror and ask yourself if your body is looking better. If your working out and eating healthy I am sure it will be.
