I am getting married in 2 months, yay!I would like to loose about 20-25 lbs. I just started weight watchers a long with my current excercise program. RIght now I'm doing about 1 hour of cardio a day (treadmill and eliptical) with light weights about 2-3 times per week. I've seen some wieght loss which I am very happy about , but I would like to lose more. Is it beneficial to work out twice a day? Im thinking in the morning and and the evening. If I do not over exert myself , is it possible to loose weight faster? Thank you for your help =)

Yes, the more calories you burn, the more weight you will loose. Maybe do cardio in the AM and weights at night. Make sure you're eating a balanced diet and are taking in enough calories to provide energy for your extreme workout schedule. Good luck, congratulations.

Cardio, sure.Lifting weights, no. Lifting tears down muscle, your body needs at least 48 hours to rebuild.Good luck!
