Unsure whether this should go in the food or sports section.I am starting back at the gym again, in my never ending search to put on a bit of weight. Although my fitness has never been bad, I have been eating to many carbs etc, and not enough protein. I am trying to do out a diet plan for myself, and need more information. Is there a table or list of the nutritional values of foods available anywhere? I can't find anything online, only 'calorie counters' for weight loss programs that only seem to mention fat. I am interested in carbs, protein, fibre, fats sat. and unsat. etc. Thanks for your help.
