Hi, im 14 and 5'4 and 128lb. MALEi have overly large legs, they're like chunky muscle but theres like fat around it. my thighs are 22" in perimeter.Im planning on getting a gym membership for 2 monthsI WANT SKINNY LEGS, i want small thin legs, even if i have to lose my muscle,So what exercises at the gym will help me to get small legs?im thinking of swimming every morning for an hour, And then go on exercise bike nd ellipticalANd walking 1 hour at night, I still have to grow, and lifitng weights stunt my growth so im not gunna touch weights. But, does biking in LOW resistncae and fast pedalling help me get rid of fat and muscle, or HIGH resistance and slow pdalling help me get rid of fat and muscle,And also does Elliptical work anyy leg muscle at all?and if it does, would it make it bigger and bulk it?GIVE ME HElppp

i would suggest diet may be more of an issue here. look at adjusting your diet before flying into a torturous exercise program. However, exercise and diet combination is your best attack.Swimming, cycling will increase muscle size over the course of time as both are working against resistance.I would recommend looking at circuit training with body weight exercises - look at getting into your local athletics club they will do this as part of their weekly training. eating sensibly will help to - eat the right portions of carbs, protein and fat. At 14 though you are still growing so I wouldnt worry too much - I remember Darren Campbel(Olympic Sprinter) carrying 'puppy fat' on him when he was 29 - and he was a full time athelte!!!! Just try to exercise and eat correctly and allow yourself to grow naturally
