I have been walking for an hour and taebo for an hour after that for more than 2 weeks now.I lost 7lbs but I still want to lose more. I changed my diet to just wheatabits and tuna for a few days now. Is it possible to lose weight still if my maintain my routine and having that much food? Will that be okay or is too much/less?

Do not think that you eat less ,you can slim down. You don't know what your body needs. So make sure vitamins, proteins and carbo is enough.

Sounds like it's not enough nutritional intake. You should take daily vitamins too if you're going to pare down food intake so quickly. You can diversify the foods you eat by limiting yourself to a certain amount of calories per day (although a healthy amount, not a crazy-restrictive amount). That way you can eat a variety of healthy foods. A healthy weight loss routine will have you dropping 2-3 lbs per week. So you can continue your exercise program, but just make sure you're putting good stuff into your body, and enough of it so that you can get the energy you need. There's lots of healthy options out there that'll still keep you on track, don't be afraid to diversify the diet a little.

Vary the cracker with the tuna for lettuce leaf for like a wrap. Also drink plenty of water. I am not sure what wheatabits are. some variety will help. You could use mustard for a condiment, too. It has no calories and no fat and it burns calories too.

Mono diets are not healthy, raw or cooked veggies, salads with only 2 Tablespoons of dressing does not cause weight gain, fruit is good too.Make sure you are drinking lots of water, tea, coffee does not count, it's the water that is cleansing the system. It is possible that you may plateau with the weight loss for a bit. Crazy as it may sound, I used to fudge it one in a while and have a milk shake, and still lost.If you do not keep a good balance between protein and carbohydrates you can have physical symptoms created by imbalance in your electrolyte system.Good luck.
