i need some ideas for breakfast and lunc that isnt going to set me back very many calories. i walk about 3 miles a day which takes me about an hour. i burn about 150 calories doing that. so i need something healthy that would be a good choice to eat for both of those meals. please include details! thanks!

whatever you do, make sure your breakfast is bigger than your lunch. breakfast breaks the fast..hence the name. your metabolism will be revving and totally use up all of those calories. it slows during the day so you want less calories later in the day.
