|
|
| I'm concerned about my friend and I think she might develop anorexia in the long run. She used to be really paranoid about her weight and used to get teased about it, but now she's lost all that weight in a period of roughly 4 - 5 months by eating little & using coke to fill her up. I've tried telling her many times she'll get weight rebound and now today she's finally listened to me. How can she maintain her current healthy weight by eating more? Please help! |

| Eat a lot of fruits veggies and about 3 oz of lean meat a day, if you stick to how many cals your suppose to eat a day and exercise then you will maintain a healthy weight, 1,500 is the average amount of calories a female should take in a day., |
