| Hey Guys,I currently do weights, and have done for 6 month now. However, I don't really tend stick to a plan.I know which muscles I want to work on each day. But don't know what exercises to use or how many reps & sets and intensity of weight.. (I am looking to gain muscle)Day1: Biceps, Lats, AbsDay2: Shoulders, Trapz, BackDay3: Chest, Tri'sPlease advise on:1) What exercises to use2) Amount of repartitions and sets.3) Intensity of weightI currently work in a home gym, and only have a weights bench, dumbbells, curling bar, triceps bar, flat bar, 150 kg in weights, pull up bar. Thank You |

| Man noone can seriously do this for you online.. gee..See a personal trainer.Following advice from on here with made up facts and figures could get you hurt. A trainer needs to see how you perform.If this isnt good enough, just add a 20lbs to everything and do 20 more of everything..cheers |

| I had the exact same problem until i stumbled on "the abs diet, get fit, stay fit plan" book by david zinczenko!it really helped me out. It has a detailed plan on how you should workout, reps and everything but the best part is the food section! when i started paying attention to what i was eating, i gained 10lbs of muscles and i achieved my goal of six packs.Good luck |
