I'm taking clenbuterol for weight/fat loss. Do you have to work out 30-60 right after taking it?

I'm not a morning exercise person, so it would be ideal for me to wait later in the day. Would I get the same results if I waited until afternoon or later in the evening to workout? Also, do you have to workout everyday? I'm just starting to get back to my exercise program and think it's better to start slow, maybe 3-4 times a week and then everyday as I get stronger. I would appreciate any advice on this matter that I can get!

Yes its ok later in the day... Same results as if you did it in the morning.If your serious about losing weight, youll workout almost everyday. The more you workout, the more youll lose. You generally dont want to lift weights more then 5 days a week, but try to do cardio like 6 days a week. You do weight first, then cardio. How many times a week you workout has nothing to do with strength, it has to do with how serious and dedicated you are about your goal.
