| The problem with DVD advertising is that it gives most consumers a false hope that a simple 10 minute workout will help you lose lots of weight and get in perfect shape. If you're overweight it took quite a bit of time to put that weight on, it just didn't happen in 10 minutes increments. To lose that weight you need to change your current lifestyle and eat a lower amount of calories than you are currently doing and exercise 30 minutes 5 times a week just for maintenance. To lose weight you more than likely have to double that amount. This is not to have you lose all hope, but this if you're thinking about it, now is the time to make the change to get healthy so that you can maintain a healthy weight. |
