{Censored!}!I am so {Censored!} sick of my parents!I had to quit dancing last year because of homework. My parents won't let me leave the house to walk around because they think 16 years old is too young to walk by yourself.Unfortunately I'm starting to gain weight in the lower half of my body. They give me WAYYY too much food to eat. And I HAVE to eat it. If I don't eat it all mum sits next to me and stares and tells me to eat it. Even if I start crying, saying that I can't eat anymore. It's a never ending {Censored!} cycle and I can see my body slowly putting on the pounds. I've gone up two jean sizes!I am sick of it. I cry every night because I can feel myself getting bigger every month, and I hate the feeling. I don't want to be fat. I really don't. :[So can somebody help me out here?!!? What do I do!??! I was thinking of getting something like an indoor excercise bike, would that help?!Thanks in advance...It's not anorexia. When I began speculating it, I asked my closest friends for their opinions to make sure it's not just me. They've noticed it too. :/I'm not anorexic. My body cannot cope with this much food. When I say I chuck, I'm not FORCING myself to chuck. It's my BODY forcing me to chuck. I physically cannot eat how much they're giving me. And I've asked my closest friends if I've gone up in size and they agreed that my body is slowly changing. Which sucks.I haven't had a history of anorexia. What's a clergy?

buy a jump rope and use it. that is an effective way to lose weight. and more importantly, ask your parents if they want to kill you by stuffing too much food in your body. they should know that over eating brings a number of health problems.strange attitude for a parent..

ok at your age it's normal to hate your parents from everything you do is like the period but in this case 95% of kids hate their parents so much that they don't care if they dieand yeah talk to them tell them that yo want to hang out and that when you eat something that you don't like you get sick because your body does not what that kind of food so tell them that you'll eat but not forced

well, is it cos ur anorexic or summin? if it is then they shouldnt be force feeding you, it will make oyu fear food more and you should work your way gradually.you should try talking to them and say that you understand that they want you to eat but can the lay a bit easier on you because of what i said above.. and say they should trust you to be sensible and eat what your body needsjust do sly exercise in your bedroom like sit ups, aerobics, yoga etc....also, the increase of size on your bottom half might just be because your 16 and most 16 year olds or anyone in puberty puts on weight, especially on their hips nd thighs, if i was you i wouldnt worry toomuch a bout it, its better than having a boyish figureif all else fails you could talk to a teacher at school or a doctor who can help you and could talk to your parents about itgood luck xxx

A lot of it depends on your height and weight. Some teenagers have the misconception that they're overweight when in reality they're either underweight or the correct weight with respect to their height. If you have or had a history of anorexia...that could be why your parents are making you eat. They want to make sure you don't fall in to the same pattern that you were in before. If you're really upset over this...contact your clergy person and let him/her know what's going on. They may be able to talk to your parents on your behalf. Good luck.If you're not anorexic then what your parents are doing is a form of abuse. I would still talk to your clergy person and together you can decide the best course of action.

work out a decent eating plan with the help of your parents and a detitician. eat lotf of soups and lean protein. download/buy some exercise videos. try trampoline. 15 min (or 5 min of sprinting) on a tramp = 30 min on a treadmill. + a whole lot of other benefits too.
