Your underweight gain some weight. And you've eaten so less today. Beeakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your belly is gonna probably make noises soon because you barely had any food.

a woman shoul consume around 1500 calories a day i think or 1200. but anyways what youve eaten is not even nearly enough and if your not careful ul put on weight. i know that sounds silly but if you dont eat enough your body will store the fat.anyways you do not need to lose weight if you bmi is not over 25 then you do not need to lose weight. look it up.

You don't need to lose weight. I'm 5'4" and 127lbs... go figure. If you want to look nice, eat healthily and excercise! You'll feel happier and healthier and it's fantastic for the skin.

if you want to loose fat, don't eat before doing aerobic exercise, if you eat before strenght training exercises, it will make you "skinny fat" because you will loose weight IN MUSCLE.it sucks. i know.that's not slipping up. one "off day" is not going to make you gain a million pounds and its not going to make the progress you've don not worthwhile. as long as you normally stay consistent on a diet. Two cookies= ok once in a while. Don't cut out foods completely when dieting either, it will lead to malnutrition.you honestly don't sound like you need to loose weight, but if your not gonna listen to ppl and do it anyway then there.

#1 Have i had too much calories? please tell the truth.?Answer: You did not list you age so we cannot be certain. You'd have to be very young 10-15 y/o to be healthy and weigh only 95lbs.According to the scale doctors use for adults you are critically underweight. Your BMI is 16.5, 18 is considered underweight. Unless you are preteen or teen.Determine your BMI and BMR, then structure your food intake accordingly. Dont forget women need 70-80 oz. of water a day. Thats only four 20 oz. glasses or bottles. and don't forget a multi-vitamin with breakfast and multi-mineral just before bed.Adult BMI= http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/Children & Teen BMI= http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspxBMR= Basal Metabolic Rate (how many calories you burn daily) http://www.dietitian.com/calcbody.php
