| ok, its summer, and I really don't want to gain a ton of weight, because i'm not getting a lot of exercise now. i used to have PE in school, and my diet was very small as I was busy (physically and emotionally), but now i am eatting bigger meals, and I have a tendency to eat out of boredom. I'm trying to stay healthy, I've cut out snacks as much as possiblle, but I feel like my meals are too big. I can't follow the norm eating 6 small meals, because the foods my parents make are hard to eat in small portions, or skip. I'm 4' 1'' 3/4 , and I weigh eighty pounds. I have to exercise at night, because my parents get mad if they see me exercising ( they keep worrying that im going to get an eating disorder) and I can't use equipment, or wear shoes, and my calves get sore easily. I have tried to create an exercise plan, but no matter what i do, I feel like that stupid double chin im starting to get wont go away! i'm thiking of just free style dancing instead of doing proper exercise.the way i dance is just a mix of everything, random head banging, hip hop, and just jumping around. in between that i do random push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, and other toning exercises. do you think this is a good way for me to maintain my weight and lose fat, instead of trying to do proper exercise? and how long should i do this each day? to see results?i do HAVE shoes to wear, but i have to do it in my room, and i don't know, it just feels weird. i used to free dance for exercise during the school year, and I always felt like i was maintaining my weight better. |

Execute it with either smiling with your lips closed or smiling with your teeth showing. Step2Face the mirror and try to touch your nose with your upper lip by protruding it upward. As you do this, elevate the corners of your lips and contract your cheeks up to your eyes. Hold this entire position for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat this procedure five times. Step3Perform an exaggerated smile in front of the mirror. Close your lips and smile as wide as you can, as if you are trying to touch both your ears with the corners of your mouth. Hold this position for 8 to 10 seconds and relax. Repeat this procedure five times. Step4Close your lips and do a natural smile. Then suck both your cheeks as in doing the “fish face." Hold this position for 5 to 8 seconds and relax. Repeat this procedure 5 times. Step5Begin with mouth closed. Puff your right cheek, hold it for 8 to 10 seconds and relax. Do the same for the left cheek and repeat this procedure five times for each side. Ways to Get Rid of a Double ChinStep1 Start by curling your lower lip inward and position it over your bottom teeth. Open your mouth wide and then move your jaw up and down. Keep on doing this motion for as long as you can tolerate and then relax. Step2Do some chin slap by continuously tapping your chin with the dorsal part of your hand (the back part of the hand opposite to the palm). Repeat this motion for as long as you can tolerate and do this procedure for as often as you can remember. Step3Chew some gum. This can be of good help to trim up your double chin. Step4Begin by sitting upright with mouth closed. Turn your head up to look at the ceiling, and then elevate your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can, until you feel a contraction on your chin area. Hold this position for 5 to 8 seconds and relax. Repeat this procedure five times. |
