| I have been realy trying to lose weight, and need to lose about 20lbs by late oct. I eat around 1300 calories a day. I have been going to the gym 3-4 times per week doing 35 mins of cardio (bike or elliptical). And i recently got a beginer yoga (30mins) and pilates (20min?) dvd. To lose those 20 lbs how often should i be doing each. |

| Hey - dont change a thing - just give it time!If you go any more drastic you will wreck your program by burning out. You wont see results until you are about 6 weeks into this program.Later on you might want to increase your cal intake or you will begin to lose too much weight. |
