Well, I danced from when I was 3 till I was 14 (i'm 15 now) , and I had firm and fairly skinny legs. BUT NOW, I've been out of dance for almost 2 years and my legs have turned to mostly FLUB. I just realized my flubbyness when I got xxhigh-top converse that zip up all the way to your knee and it took effort to zip them up.I still wear shoes like that and stuff but I think it's getting harder to zip them up.. ANYWAYS, to the point of this.I'd really like to loose that flub, but I don't want all that muscle back cause it'll still be just as hard to zip up those shoes and my legs will still be just as big..I know it's kinda insane that I'm doing this cause I can't zip my shoes up well but I'd really like to have thin legs so, any tips? Would walking in heel's help?.so would that work?Or something else? My daily meals consist of ramen noodles some sweet stuff, fruit, vegetables.I don't eat meat. is there a way i could improve my eating? any simple daily exercise? thanks for the advice

run run run run to burn that fatdrink a lot of water, helps burn fatif you don't eat meat, you need to get a lot of protein in order to keep your body energized and your muscles working properly. you won't be able to exercise well unless you have strength.eat a lot of fiber, which will help you feel fuller (along w/ protein)save your meals for after exercise, b/c after exercise the brain releases (for some reason) 3 hormones which make you feel full. so you'll eat less.before your meals, drink at least a glass of water -- will make you fuller and eat less.

calf raises, lunges, and squats should all benefit you. and lots of stretching. try the calf raises on a step where your heels hang off the back a little.
