(like how long to stay in an upright position etc)whats a good exercise to do to lose weight from, and tone my tum and my inner and outer thighs?also, are there any other exercises (not pilates or yoga) that i can do in the house? (i cant use stairs or go outside, the street is a haven for gangs) also, is it better to eat AFTER exercise or before??one last question. on a treadmill, if someone was to sprint on it for 3 sessions of 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week, and walk for half an hour daily (brisk walk) how much weight would a person lose (with a healthy diet of course) if the person looks like this: http://evilbeetgossip.film.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/chloe_bikini 2.jpgover the course of a year? (please if you can find a picture that compares how the person will look like!)thank you so much! |

| •That is an "ab lounger" or rocker, they have many different names, they are used to "help" you do crunches or sit ups. You really do not want to use one of these to lose weight off of your belly area it can be used to help tighten/ strengthen your abs and core muscles( but I wouldn’t waste my money, they really don’t work). If you are trying to lose weight the best way is to do cardio. You can do this on a treadmill or do aerobics, something to get your heart rate up that will burn fat. Also, you need to eat healthy, my suggestion always is 6 small meals a day, don’t go hungry but don’t over eat either and make sure what you are eating is something that is good for you, but don’t deny yourself something special every now and then. With the proper diet and moderate exercise you could go from a size 16 (my estimate from the pic) down to an 8 or 10 within 6-8 months. Also, don’t weigh yourself except once a month, gauge your progress based on how your clothes start to fit, this will help keep you motivated not a number on a scale. If you keep motivated you should look great but better yet feel great by the end of a full year, don’t try to be super skinny, BE HEALTHY!!! Below is a link of a model that is a size 10 and it is definitly something you can acheive with as long as you stay motivated. |
