drink lots of water, eat fruits and low carb veggies, cut down on carbs, eat a fiber cereal or oatmeal, and limit sweets. You sound pretty ambitious so I think you will lose some weight. You didnt mention your height but your weight sounds fine already.

Eat a lot of protein like eggs in the morning don’t eat white bread, when you snack eat something not more than 100 calories. Eat fish and chicken only…. Snack every 3 hs because if you don’t eat you won’t have a fast metabolism and it won’t work like you want to … drink lots of green tea and make sure you go to the bathroom atlesst once a day best 2 times day . Don’t eat meat with potatoes only vegetables.

Well I myself am 16(just turned) and i went into high school my freshman being skinny weighing 115 and everyone made fun of me because i was skinny. So my advise is to not diet. Your only 14 and High School isn't as scary as you think it might be. People will gravitate towards your personailty in high school. But if you really want to do that 3 Day Diet my friend did it and she wasn;t that thrilled by it she complained that she was hungary all the time and didn't loose her desired weight. I would say stick with your healthy foods, like Yoplait. Its delicious yo-gart and very healthy for you. And try to just eat fish, salads, carrots, and the basic health foods and it will pay off eventually. Hope that helped! |

My aunt went on this "diet" where she ate like special k for breakfast, a small snack like an apple between bfast and lunch, ate lunch she had a salad or a sandwitch and then for diner whatever she wanted, like spaghetti or steak, but in moderation, and she lost 10 pounds doing this, she also excersised too. Good luck

Im 16 and have tried so many of these diets which claim to help me lose weight in a short amount of time. Ive found that these help me lose a little bit of weight but then i cant keep it off when i start to eat like 3 meals a day. The best way to lose weight is to just eat 3 healthy meals, drink plenty of water (so then you dont feel as hungry in between meals) and exercise. It will take a little longer to lose the weight, but you will at least be able to keep the weight off and do it the healthy way |

How tall are you? you're weight sounds fine to me.. depending on your height.. maybe you just need to tone up a little instead of losing weight? just eat healthy and try to stay away from eating to many salty foods, sugary foods (some are needed, but limit them) eat lots of fruits and vegetables you need meat but limit how much you eat. ( like maybe one meal a day have meat in it) and Pop is major weight gainer and no diet pop isnt any better for you LOL.

You have to be really careful dieting at your age when ur body is still growing what u eat now until around ur 20s will effect ur body for the rest of ur life just try to eat enough food u think u will burn off when exercising. You only put weight on when ur eating more than your body is using up obviously doing exercises increases Ur calorific burn but you know that.if you eat to much just do a bit more exercises.

At your age, with all the exercise you have planned, I think a healthy eating plan would work well for you. You are still growing and developing so I don't think you should try any "fad" diets but create a diet based on the food pyramid and make sure you are eating a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Check out the websites below and make sure you are eating what you need to in order to get the proper nutrients for your growing body and brain.I have a 14 year old daughter who will be a freshmen in high school this fall also. She is also wanting to slim down some this summer. Just make sure you do it in a healthy way. Talk to you mom and maybe your doctor to make sure you get the right amount of nutrition. Also, you may want to look into taking a cooking class or two at a local health food market. It could be fun and you could learn more about proper nutrition.Best of luck to you.

If you don't want to go on a diet change your eating to healthier foods like:Breakfast...It’s never a good idea to skip breakfast, because you’ll start the day with low blood sugar. Half-way through the morning, your energy and concentration will start to flag – and that’s the moment when you’re most likely to grab a sweet and unhealthy snack to tide you over. So make it a priority, to fix a good breakfast. ~~~~Cereals~~~~Try mixing the cereal with nuts and dried fruit, then add fresh fruit. Serve cereal with milk or soy milk, or try pouring on fruit juice, instead. ~~~Porridge~~~If you’ve 5-10 minutes to spare, make yourself a bowl of creamy porridge. Oats are high in fiber and contain vitamin E and some B vitamins, as well as iron, calcium and other minerals. Using milk in porridge adds more calcium. Make your porridge even better, by stirring in grated apple, raisins or nuts while it’s cooking.~~~Drinks~~~Coffee and tea are the traditional choice, and hard to give up if you love them. Stick to decaffeinated if you can. Wean yourself off, by gradually cut down on the number of cups you have during the day. For a zippy start to the day, reach for herb teas or dandelion coffee, or try a slice of lemon in hot water before breakfast to really wake you up. LunchMilkYogurts and fromage fraisCheeseFruitVegetables ~~Carrot sticks~~celery, peppers of all colours~~cherry tomatoesthere are many other options too check the internet

you are actually at a good weight for your age. i mean how tall are you? here is a chart: not all charts are right. so dont take it to seriuosly. everyone is built different! 4'11 = 101- 117 5'0 = 103- 1205'1= 105- 1225'2 = 108- 1255'3 = 111- 1285'4= 114- 133 in this diet do not starve yourself! this just slows your metabolism down and you end up just gaining weight. if you want to lose weight, you have to lose it very slow or else you will gain it all plus more back. ex: Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs, w/ turkey and veggies mixed in. and also have some fruite and toast. snack: yogert with nuts. lunch: chicken or tuna saled. (or w/e meat you want.) dont be afraid to use dressing! also include some rice or sweet potatoes. snack: cookie. Dinner: some sort of meat. veggies, role, milk this may sound like alot of food, but its not. you should be having about 2,000 calories a day. mabye even more since you are a kid. make sure you include physical activity. it will keep you full and will not make you want to snack. good luck! **but just make sure you dont obsess with your eating because you dont want to mess around with an eating disorder. **hope this helped

I eat low carb and low fat. I eat foods with sugar substitutes and I stay active. I work out 1 hour a day 5 days a week (sometimes I do get off track though). What has helped me the most is I stop overeating (eating until my stomach feels tight or full). I eat until I'm satisfied even if it tastes good. I only eat every 4 hours. If I have a snack in between, I eat a granola bar, a fiber one bar, (the fiber one family are really good and good for you too), a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because the protein is good for you when you are trying to stay active, just something that is healthier than a slice of chocolate cake. I have been doing these things since February this year and have lost 33 pounds. Good luck sweetie.

Well, I wouldn't suggest quick fix diets for you, you are still too young. I dunno how tall you are, but a weight of 110-120 pounds sound quite thin to me, even if you are really short. Plus, I hope you are going for a generally healthier lifestyle with this, not just trying to impress people first day of school. I did that for junior prom, and later ended up gaining about 20 pounds back. Plus, I learned later in life that people who judge you on first impressions only are boring and vain, and that trying too hard to impress someone initially can put pressure on you to maintain that standard later on, which doesn't really allow you to just be yourself...But anyway, enough moralizing. My suggestion would be - eat when you are hungry, and don't deprave yourself. Sweets and richer foods are allowed, but try to cut back a little if you feel you eat too much of that now, and replace them with more fruit and veggies, or healthier alternatives (you know, like have a homemade banana-milk smoothie with rasberries instead of a milkshake), replace juice with water, ask your family to try eating grilled food instead of fried. Since summer is so warm, why not try some nice salad recipes from time to time - by salad, I don't mean tomatoes and lettuce plain, but something more like i.e. lettuce + cucumber + raddish + carrot + orange + apple + shrimp/prosciutto/grilled chicken + olive oil + vinegar. It may sound weird, but my mum picked up the recipe in France and it is delicious. Eat a big bowl of that with a piece of wholemeal bread and you not only had a meal that's filling and tasty, but also full of nutrients and low in calories. Another little trick is distributing your food consumption. Our metabolism works best from morning throughout the day, and slows down as evening approaches. A way to maintain weight for me (since I gain easily) is to eat as much as I feel like during the day, and then eat very little, or nothing, after 5 - 6 PM. It's also good because your body uses energy during the night to revitalize your organism - if you eat late, it has to spend that energy on digesting the food.I gotta go now - hope this helps. Don't overwork yourself now, you are a growing young woman and you are on holiday after all! Cheers!
