| I don't know any pilates sites, but there is a great site with a choice of 7 classes to watch each week. The classes are an hour long each, and are very professional. They teach several styles of yoga, including kundalini, vinyasa, hatha, and I can't recall the other right at this moment, sorry. Definitely worth a look at http://www.yogatoday.com |
