| I would like to know if there is any online yoga or pilates videos to exercise with. I'm a begginer so I'd have to start with something easier. And if not, any other exercise videos online. Something fun. Like dancing or something. Thanks so much! |

I use this website to do my yoga: http://www.yogatoday.comThey offer 7 classes per week to choose from, and they offer all levels. Give them a try, and don't be hard on yourself. The instructors are very clear (I like Neesha the best) and will even suggest modifications for people who are pretty new to yoga. They aren't necessarily geared directly to new beginners, so if you find them too much for you, keep them bookmarked and go back to them once you've done enough beginner yoga to be familiar with the poses and terms. But honestly, I think you might find them to be just what you need. Give them a try, watch a few classes, and listen carefully to your body while you do the exercises! yoga should never hurt, so if something hurts, back out of it. If you feel some real discomfort doing a pose, thats a sign to listen to your body and maybe don't do that pose. Sometimes we need to strengthen core muscles before we can do some of the backbending exercises. Take care, and don't hurt yourself! |
