| From July to August: Pilates and Yoga three days a week (alternating, an hour each)From August to whenever school starts: I plan on taking yoga and pilates classes (they're an hour each) around four times a week. Sometimes in my spare time, I do pilates for thirty minutes. I watch what I eat (most of the time). I avoid eating after 7 or sometimes 9 p.m. My goal is to get skinnier and to get abs. Is this schedule enough? Are there other effective ways (eating certain foods, natural ways, etc.) to lose weight? Any suggestions and extra information are welcome and appreciated! |

| yayyyy hahah sometimes like when you watch TV or wahtever just sit down and do some crutches cuz those are really good for your abs and it makes you stronger. you should do AT LEAST 50. the more the better =) just do it like everyday and gradually you'll get stronger. push ups too? those are harder but if your'e gonna do them do the real ones not the girly ones. hahah pilates and yoga are hard so thats good |
